Returns Window

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Downloadable products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or not in original condition
  • Change-of-mind returns (including colour, size, or texture preferences)

How to Request a Return

Email info@pminstrumentation.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or video (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be sent by courier
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Processing times depend on your bank or card provider

If you have not received your refund after confirmation, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items and are limited to the same item (subject to availability).

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
